No, unless we change our expectations for our power grid. Presently we want reliable 24/7 power. Only fossil fuel and Nuclear has the ability to provide the massive amount of power we need 24/7 because all of the types you list are limited by natural fluctuations and very specific geographical locations.

All of the listed alternatives can/will help reduce CO2 and should be used where practical, but cannot be depended on. We still need Nuclear along with those listed if we want to reduce CO2 and have reliable 24/7 power.
References :
In the long distant future we could get all of our energy needs from these. By then, maybe fusion would be working and we'd use that instead, but I think that given a hundred years or so we could generate most of our energy requirements from solar power alone.

In the coming decades? Absolutely not. Solar and wind power are still more expensive than fossil fuels and will remain so unless fossil fuels are forced to pay back the hundreds of billions they receive in indirect subsidies by not paying for healthcare and environmental damage.
References :
Those and other power generation methods will certainly play a big part, but I think that our entire power grid is an antique. If we updated that then we will be much more efficient and wont need to produce as much electricity. A lot of power is lost on long power lines. I also think that many smaller power plants would be a good idea. There are many small irrigation and flood control dams that have no power generators in them, we should make use of them since they are already there.
References :
all these will certainly help us, even nuclear power is looking good,,,,,, but how I wish we all cared about our world,,,,,,, good luck
