Think about it, the moon has an incredibly low gravitational field, its far more likley that it will be used to construct Space faring travel vessels to be launched into the far reaches of space instead of just… Well, no use in trying. The idea for pet dinosaurs is not interesting at all to me what so ever.

After you were through describing half of the plot I lost interest, I am sorry but

Some species, such as the terrydactyl, have escaped human control and are considered large birds of prey and are a threat to the human species.~~~

This stuff Has got to go. It is not interesting and the idea of dinosaurs as pets is, beyond immorally secure…
